Driver cum Operations Assistant (Based at Pandan Garden)

The Driver cum OA shall complete all duties with relation to delivery/collection of goods and parcels. He/She must complete the end-to-end fulfilment of each delivery/collection service and ensure a high level of accountability and customer service is achieved. Additionally, the Driver cum OA might be required to perform ad-hoc duties to support the operation team. Responsibilities Collecting of parcels and to load them into the provided vehicle. Follow despatch routes and ensure that all parcels are delivered in a safe and timely manner before the end of the workday. Ensure that all systems are updated upon completion of each delivery. Checking and maintaining of designated vehicle and ensuring that vehicle is operationally ready for the next day. This will include, fuelling up the vehicle, checking of tyre pressure, reporting of any problems with and damages on the vehicle. Removing damaged or problem vehicles from fleet to designated out-of-service area or send it in to service centre. Conducting work in a safe manner, complying with Occupational Safety, Health & Environmental policies, procedures and being familiar with emergency evacuation procedures to eliminate or minimise workplace health and safety risks. Adhering to Company Quality Assurance and Uniform Guidelines. Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision. Driving vehicles as required. Meeting of customers for deliveries and collection of vehicles/documents. Ad-hoc deliveries or collection of other fleet vehicles to customers or various locations. Assisting operations team in ad-hoc jobs or logistic duties. Requirement: Ability to work on rotating shifts (including weekends) Prior experience as a delivery driver will be advantageous Hold valid Singapore driving license with no traffic violations in the last 3 years Familiar with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations 6 days work week

The Opportunity As part of the Security team, your primary focus will be to welcome customers to the service centre, safeguard the Company's people, premises and properties. Other responsibilities include: • First point of contact to welcome and provide assistance to customers and visitors • Provide directions to drive-in customers in a courteous and professional manner • Perform regular patrols of the Company’s premises and report any abnormalities observed • Conduct regular security checks to ensure that only authorized persons or vehicles are allowed entry into the Company’s premises • Attend to emergencies, assist in the investigation of incidents, and report them to relevant authorities • Enforce order and safety during emergencies • Issue appropriate passes for entry to the Company’s premises and provide directions to customers to the designated places • Manage in-coming (including tow-in) vehicles and direct them to designated parking areas • Monitor out-going “Test-drive” vehicles Requirements: • A valid Security Officer License issued by the Security Industry Regulatory Department (SIRD) • Able to work on rotating shifts • Able to work independently as well as in a team • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service attitude
