Job Description
The Opportunity
Checking and monitoring of rental agreements, ensuring accuracy of data
Support operations, sales and logistics team in their administrative needs
Liaise with various departments on the infleeting and defleeting of vehicles
Execute vehicle transactions in LTA portal
Managing vehicle matters such as road tax renewal, insurance and traffic fines
Updating of system on rental status
Liaise with fleet partners on billing and agreement
Billing and monitoring of monthly rental invoice
Checking and processing of invoices.
Raise PO/DO, capex and other system requirements.
Managing of insurance related measures including accident claims and payment monitoring
Assist in the onboarding of new staff including IT and system access
Requirements
Minimum N or O level with 2 years of relevant experience in the admin support function
Relevant admin experience in the car rental industry will be an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Positive work attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Meticulous and a good team player
