goodjobs was started to benefit people.

The future-of-work requires us to apply practicality to cutting-edge technology. Out-dated practices and processes must be re-designed so that meaningful career outcomes can arise.

goodjobs provide a secured and efficient platform for hiring employers, recruiters and HR practitioners. No need to purchase credits. Job descriptions and other details can be listed for free (all conditions apply). Organisations who are officially onboarded will be able to opt in to participate in our series of regular physical job fairs across Singapore (subject to availability).

We want to empower job seekers to exercise the power-of-choice to review, select and apply according to their aspirations and abilities. There is a resume builder to assist. Video resumes can be uploaded too. There is no signing-up fees, hidden levies or commission charged for applications. We welcome and help ALL - PMETs, Non-PMETs, Gig and Flexi workers, Part-timers, Seniors, Youths, Mid-Career Switchers, Back-to-Work job seekers and Inclusive Hires.

And this is what a good community is about - we share, we collaborate and we win together.

We share good ideas.

We build good human capital.

We collaborate to win together.

We want everyone to bring that job home for their families and loved ones.

This was where we got started ....

We do this our way; in a good way.

In September 2021, we officially launched our free-to-list and free-to-search job portal for both hiring employers and jobseekers. The launch was held at Jurong Spring Community Club with President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, (then) Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies and Adviser to Jurong GRC Grassroots Organisations (Taman Jurong) as our Guest-of-Honour. Ms. Low Yen Ling, Minister of State, Ministry of Trade & Industry and Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, and Mayor of South West District, was present as our Special Guest. Mr. Shawn Huang, Adviser to Jurong GRC Grassroots Organisations (Jurong Spring), hosted the launch event.

To support and complement the job portal and to manage volunteers on-site at our physical job fairs and events, we started a humble social enterprise named The Social Equity (TSE) to directly help job seekers and to level them up in their work and career choices. The Social Equity (TSE) champions for inclusiveness whereby there is equal access, equal opportunity, and equal treatment for everyone in our community.

Jodi and Mr Yeo

Everyone needs a little help from friends. And this is how we extend our help to job seekers at our job fairs:

We've come a long, long way together; through the hard times and the good. And we have to praise and celebrate our partnerships together.
