The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Admin who will be responsible to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of our Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles Tender department. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter, passionate about dedicating to be part of a dynamic team, be able to adapt to shifting priorities, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge in an energising environment in a positive manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will provide administrative support for timely registration, delivery and invoicing of Tender contract and projects
• Prepare and compile documents for Tender submission
• You will assist in vehicles registration under Tender fleet sales
• Manager new vehicle orders and timely updating of vehicles movement in the system
• You will be task to verify suppliers' invoices against purchase orders and obtain necessary approvals for payment
• General administrative duties to support the department such as generating quotations, monthly reports, etc.
• You will also be assigned with other duties by immediate supervisor from time to time
Job Requirements
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of administrative experience in Tender documentations
• Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented
• Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
• Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
• Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
• Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
Must-have skills:
2 years of administrative experience in Tender documentations
