The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Customer Service (Part-time) to be part of the Mercedes-Benz customer service team. You will be taking on the boutique sales portfolio. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role.
The Job:
• Provide first-class customer service and knowledgeable insights to customers regarding merchandise in both showroom, roadshows and events
• Perform sales transactions and handle customer's enquiries for products
• Handle cashiering duties, manage, and keep proper records of daily inventory figures and balance
• Ensure stock accuracy with monthly and annual stock takes
• Support, assist and to work with the customer service and sales teams to improve customer experience level
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above with preferably at least 2 years of retail service experience
• Demonstrate good communication skills with excellent customer service attitude
• Besides being well-versed in English, fluency in Chinese/ local dialects will be advantageous in order to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates
• Candidate will be on a roster schedule and will need to commit on both weekends and Public Holidays, off days will be on weekdays
