Job Description
The Operations Assistant will support the daily operations and fulfil general administrative duties which includes attending to short-term rentals and/or service requests from customers.
The Opportunity
Delivery and collection of vehicles from our customers
Inspection of vehicle for any damages and turning around of the vehicle for the next rental
Attending to ad-hoc duties such as accidents, replacement of vehicles and damages to vehicles
Maintaining and upholding the condition of vehicles including daily upkeep, servicing and maintenance, interior and exterior condition
Follow through accident repairs and servicing status with workshop
Managing customer bookings and requests
Other ad-hoc administrative & operational duties
Requirements
Able to commit 5.5 day work-week
Hold a valid Singapore driving license with minimum 4 years of driving experience
Experience in rental and leasing operations will be an added advantage
Operational excellence with strong work ethics and sense of accountability
Familiar with Singapore roads, rules, and regulations
