Job Description
The Opportunity
You will be part of the Business Services Division, mainly responsible for assisting in aftersales support for Sales team in vehicle registration process.
• Issuing receipts for payment by customers
• Allocate New car to customer in system
• Use Car trade-in documents processing
• Prepare New Car registration documents
• Prepare CPO documents
• Any other administrative duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level with relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous and detailed oriented, especially when handling voluminous paperwork.
• Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment
• Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
• Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality
• Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member
