Production Line Operation: • Operate and monitor production equipment/machinery according to standard operating procedures • Set up, adjust, and calibrate machinery to ensure proper functioning and product consistency • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance • Monitor production line output, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems as they arise • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Seafood Processing: • Receive and inspect raw seafood materials, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards • Clean, wash, and prepare seafood products for processing • Operate tools and equipment for cutting, filleting, trimming, or packaging seafood • Follow specific processing instructions, including sorting, grading, weighing, or portioning seafood • Adhere to proper handling and storage procedures to maintain product freshness Quality Control: • Conduct visual inspections of seafood products during production to identify defects or abnormalities • Follow quality control protocols to ensure products meet specified standards • Report any quality issues or deviations from standards to supervisors or quality control personnel • Assist in conducting periodic quality checks and sampling to maintain product consistency Safety and Hygiene: • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow proper hygiene practices • Comply with sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic production area • Report any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions promptly

- Receive incoming seafood shipments, verifying their accuracy and quality - Inspect and record product details, such as weight, quantity, and packaging condition - Organize and store seafood products in appropriate areas of the warehouse, ensuring proper handling and adherence to food safety standards - Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels - Assist in the fulfilment of customer orders, picking and packing products with care to minimize damage and ensure accuracy. - Collaborate with the shipping team to prepare orders for timely dispatch, including labelling and documentation - Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following established protocols - Monitor and report any issues related to product quality, stock shortages, or damaged goods to the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor - Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris - Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of seafood products and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) - Assist in occasional tasks as assigned, such as assisting in other areas of the processing facility during peak periods or participating in inventory audits
