Job Description
Work Time Profile:
1) 6-day Full Time: Mon to Sat, 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM
2) 6-day Part-Time: Mon to Sat, 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM
3) 5.5-day Full-Time: Mon to Fri, 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM & Sat 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM

Job Duties:
- Operate machinery and equipment for tasks such as slicing, portioning, and deshelling seafood products according to quality standards
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on processed seafood products to guarantee compliance with established quality standards
- Identify and address any deviations from quality specifications, reporting issues to the team leads promptly
- Collaborate with the Quality Check Coordinator team to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the processing area, following sanitation procedures and regulations
- Participate in regular safety training sessions and contribute to maintaining a culture of safety awareness
- Operate and monitor processing equipment efficiently and report any malfunctions or irregularities

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive working environment
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist team members when needed

- Conduct thorough quality checks on processed seafood products, identifying and addressing deviations promptly
- Possess the physical stamina and dexterity required to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
