Job Duties:
- Be the on-site partner for the Remote Admin Team in troubleshooting issues and resolving chokepoints for daily deliveries
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to clarify the situation, identify the root cause of issues and brainstorm improvements
- Monitor and track new process implementation to ensure the Remote Admin Team follows through the new process
- Attend to incoming calls received via office phone and order phone, redirect them to the correct stakeholders
- Review the Daily Incident Tracker to identify opportunities for improvement to prevent recurrence
You need to have/be:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of successful troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and external customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Has similar experience in monitoring and tracking processes, ensuring adherence, and identifying areas for improvement
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and respond proactively to changing circumstances
- Proficient in using relevant tools and technologies for incident tracking, communication, and process monitoring
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
