Essential Job Functions The incumbent supports the marketing team and is responsible for optimizing the business’s website and enhancing the digital experience via Chatbot, Voicebots, conversational AI and Automation projects. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, shape AI and Automation projects, in addition to the Exhibition, Event and Engagement Programme units in the Centre to identify the features/content for different stage of the audience’s digital footprints and onsite journey. He/She is responsible for the following: 1. Solutioning for Target Audience - Recommend AI and Automation Strategy technologies/solutions to enhance our guests’ experience. - Work with key department to gather business and technical requirements, review design plans for feasibility, practicability and assess budget and completion timeframe. 2. Engagement, Conversion and Retention - Develop the Chatbot, Voicebots, Conversational AI and Automation projects to drive engagement and retention through multi- channel strategies. 3. Delivery of personalised experience - Analyse the customer relationship and loyalty data. - Work with different departments to create relevant content product and bundles to be communicated to the target audience - Work with different stakeholders to create relevant content product and bundles to reach out to the target audience. 4. Product Management - Conduct feasibility studies on new technology and projects with stakeholders - Assist in conceptualising customer journey and desired outcomes - Plan for product life cycles. Requirements The ideal candidate must have minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital product development and management, solutioning in AI and system integration, customer relationship management and loyalty management, project management of digital ecosystem (i.e. Machine Learning, Chatbot). The Experience Designer is responsible for the design and creation of interactive experiences for Permanent and Temporary Exhibitions to deliver a holistic and engaging experience for Science Centre’s visitors. The job involves making science topics and science related news and stories exciting with stunning interactive features, by crafting story experiences for a wide range of projects, including news and enterprise, across multiple platforms by working closely with journalists, developers, designers, and editors on a regular basis. [Essential Job Functions] As an Experience Designer, you will have to work with Exhibition Designers and Engineers to create and implement intuitive, user-friendly and experience enriched exhibitions. You will develop interfaces and workflows to enhance visitor experience across multiple platforms, incorporating new media and game design approach to visitor experience. Duties also include working with front-end web developers to produce interesting and innovative visual stories and using analytics to evaluate these stories. You are responsible in creating intuitive, accessible user journeys from conception to final realisation and design and communicate interactive story ideas. [Requirements] The ideal candidate should have good knowledge in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Game Design or related field. He/she should have a strong portfolio of design projects and proven experience (including internship experience) as a UX Designer and experience/knowledge in Interaction Design and Information Architecture. Proficiency in design software (i.e UXPin) and knowledge of HTML/CSS; Javascript and experience in Journalism and/or 3D skills is a plus. He/she should have excellent written and communication skills, project management skills, problem-solving aptitude, excellent communicate skills, a team player and have an acute sense of design. The candidate should have basic understanding of STEM and interest in new media and new approaches to visitor experience and familiar with the latest digital storytelling trends. He/She sould be able to envision the final project outcome, have an eye for details and is adaptable to changing deadlines. [What the role is] Science Centre Board is looking for a suitable individual to fill the position of Ground Facilitator for KidsSTOP Department. [What you will be working on] These duties include (and are not restricted to): - Facilitation of ground activities - Facilitate play at different exhibits zones - Exposure to different job scopes, events and help out in preparation work - Assist in other adhoc duties whenever required - Attends engaging and hands-on training sessions - Ensures that activities, props and setting are safe for children [What we are looking for] The suitable individual should preferably be able to work up to 3 to 6 months. He/She will also be expected to provide similar assistance in the other projects of the department and perform duties as required as an employee of the Centre. The Science Educator also trains organisation staff to ensure a consistent high-performance delivery of gallery interactions and experience. [Essential Job Functions] The Science Educator, Gallery Experiences works in a team to deliver on-ground experiences such as shows, hands-on activities and other forms of interaction with visitors. The job involves a high level of creativity and people engagement. Our experiences aim to break the fourth wall. [Requirements] The ideal candidate should have good experience/knowledge in Science and/or Science Communication. He/She should be a curious and creative individual who loves novelty and the unusual, with an eye to creating unique experiences. The Science Educator, KidsSTOP™ will be responsible for planning, developing and conducting programmes for pre-school and lower primary school children. Besides writing and devising lesson plans in line with the overall objectives of imparting STEM concepts to young children, the incumbent will also be involved in outreach and community programmes, as well as areas of research pertaining to science and early childhood education. Essential Job Functions He/she is required to develop and fabricate teaching resources and materials, ensure good classroom management and promote a safe and exciting learning environment, by imparting positive values and encouraging good playing habits, interaction and participation. He/she will also be involved in quality floor interactions and ground operations to ensure good visitors’ experience. Requirements The ideal candidate should have good experience/knowledge in Science or early childhood education, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in hospitality, attractions or education establishments. Good written & spoken English with interest in Science and a cheerful and out-going disposition is a requisite. Candidates with a passion for working with children; trained in drama or music will have an added advantage. He/She must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for a dynamic candidate to join the Gallery Exhibitions Department as a Technician to ensure that all the exhibits are operational to the highest level for the enjoyment of our visitors. Essential Job Functions As a technician, you will look after the maintenance and proper functioning of the exhibits in the Centre. You are required to carry out periodic maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve electromechanical and computer-related faults that might arise with exhibits, in the Science Centre and KidsStop on a rotational schedule with the rest of the Exhibit Maintenance team. Requirements The candidate should have good knowledge in Mechatronics/Electronics. He should be proficient in the use of simple test equipment in exhibit troubleshooting work and have at least 2 years of work experience in maintaining and servicing electronic, electro-mechanical equipment. Good knowledge of computer hardware and programming systems would be an advantage. Rotating 5-day work shifts is a requirement, while duties on weekends and public holidays will be scheduled as and when required. Other Skills/Abilities The ability to handle basic equipments and tools would be useful in carrying out the duties. Having a strong interest in taking apart or fixing things is preferred. Value qualities such as being professional, having initiative, passion and quality service in all aspects of interaction with both internal and external customers would make this role more enjoyable.
