[What the role is]
Supervisory role for transaction processing & 2nd administrator role
[What you will be working on]
• Reconcile Gevme revenue collection file with our Bank Statement
• Refunds
• Attraction / Event setup
• Ticket Creation
• Create unique promo codes for open-dated tickets for travel agents / corporate clients
• Manage generic promo codes for promotion partners
[What we are looking for]
- Check double payment errors
- Check for discrepancies where payment is collected but cancelled / incomplete orders
- Check for discrepancies for completed orders, but payment NOT reflected / collected in bank statement
- Tally revenue collection amount against bank statement
- Perform revenue apportionment to attractions / activities / workshops / events
- Follow up on every refund request
- Process refund in Gevme Ticketing System
- Submit refund details to Finance Dept to process refund back to credit cardholders
- Capacity Management: Configure & allocate capacity & timeslots carefully for various combo tickets & single tickets
- Calendar Management: Configure operating days (including peak & off peak days)
Work with various dept to create various tickets for attractions, workshops, events (e.g. public events / school events):
- Configure ticket properties (name, price, ticket sales date)
- Assign each ticket to relevant attractions / activities
- Toggle peak & off peak days in every attraction & every active tickets
- Update ticket details in Ticket Master File
- Configure promo code properties (code, ticket name, discount details, number of usage per promo code, date duration)
- Generate unique promo codes in Gevme Ticketing System
- Update unique promo codes in Promo Code Excel file
- Configure promo code properties (code, ticket name, discount details, number of usage per promo code, date duration)
- Generate promo codes in Gevme Ticketing System
Work Experience Level:
junior level
