1. New product development from ingredient sourcing, laboratory trials to commercialization especially in sauces 2. Improvement of existing products 3. Conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new or alternative raw materials 4. Preparation of product costing 5. Collaborate with marketing department to understand customer needs and requirements 6. Conceptualize innovative products 7. Ensure product creation complies with customer and regulatory requirements 8. Ensure tidiness of the laboratory 8. Candidate must minimally have 2 years of related experience.

Perform physico-chemical test, sensory evaluation and microbiological tests on food products. Provide GMP, food hygiene and food safety training to production personnel. Perform product shelf-life study tests. Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished product quality. In-charge of maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory. In-charge of arranging external calibration and purchasing of consumable items and equipment for laboratory use. Conduct factory inspections to ensure compliance with the food safety system requirements. Coordinate with the external pest control service provider. Attend and provide support in external food safety audits. Attend to any other ad-hoc quality and safety matters. Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Responsibilities: • Coordinate exports and perform export administrative documentation. • Be creative and support the team to brainstorm, develop, and execute marketing or branding campaigns • Writing clear content to promote our products/services • Plan, coordinate and handle all trade shows and major promotions and assist in all sales and marketing activities. • Designing marketing collaterals for target audiences across all multimedia and social media platforms • Coordinate schedules and timelines on the calendar for marketing campaigns and project phases with various departments. • To perform such other duties / work as directed by the Company from time to time.
