Job Description
Perform physico-chemical test, sensory evaluation and microbiological tests on food products.
Provide GMP, food hygiene and food safety training to production personnel.
Perform product shelf-life study tests.
Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished product quality.
In-charge of maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory.
In-charge of arranging external calibration and purchasing of consumable items and equipment for laboratory use.
Conduct factory inspections to ensure compliance with the food safety system requirements.
Coordinate with the external pest control service provider.
Attend and provide support in external food safety audits.
Attend to any other ad-hoc quality and safety matters.
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
