Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities: - Handle sales team administratively from customer enquiries to billings. - Customer relationship management through providing excellent customer service. - Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to fulfil sales orders. - Attend to customer enquiries and prepare and submit quotations. - Customer order fulfillment (Sales & purchase orders, order form, etc). - Liaise with other departments on the customer requirements to ensure timely execution, completion and delivery of goods and services. - Arrange and coordinate deliveries of finished goods and prepare delivery orders. - Bill clients by preparing and sending out invoices. - Follow-up on customer payment if needed. - Provide excellent customer service by maintaining long-term client relationships and assisting them in their requests under the direction of the HOD. - Compile department statistics and prepare monthly reports such as sales reports and sales order updates for review by management and the Finance department. - Upkeep and maintain proper filing system. - Ad hoc duties assigned by the HOD. Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in business sales or Marine Engineering and/or fresh graduates. - Preferably background in the marine industry with knowledge of import and export. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Applicants with experience using Navision or other ERP software will have an advantage. - Hardworking and well-organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and provide good customer service. - Independent and detailed oriented. Production Coordinator

Responsibilities: - Plan and oversee project and production schedules to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. - Work with Operation team to ensure products are delivered to customers accordingly to the specified requirements on time and on budget. - Recommend resorce and capability planning required for successful project completion within the required deadlines. - Communicate with and manage internal department and customers on project status and timeline. - Comply with rules and procedures for Engineering, Quality and Safety. - Manage project-related risks. Support all efforts related to workplace safety and health where applicable. - Execute, continuously monitorand feedback projects based on schedule and milestones internally and externally to meet deliverable targets. - Plan, create and revise manufacturing protocols, flowcharts, workflows and production schedules based on Assistant Production manager's input and existing and/or new production capabilities, and advise Assistant General Manager or Assistant Production Manager on potential delays. - Draft estimation of material usage based on current project needs, production capacity and buffer time and procure materials. - Monitor, track and ensure ERP systems' transactions correctly reflect the flow of semi-finished goods from station to station and its corresponding material usage. - Interact with internal department on workflow, deliverables, quality requirements, gaps between capacity of production line and resources, material estimation, planning and scheduling, etc. - Peform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering and/or fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Candidates with relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment or marine background will be an added advantage. - Familiar with different marine classification societies' standards and requirements will be an added advantage. - Familiar with risk management. - Possess business knowledge and acumen. - Analytical mind with attention to details. - Independent, resourceful, and able to work with stateholders from a diverse culture and background. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project Planning Tools. Responsibilities: - Responsible for office floor care, including sweeping, mopping & vaccuming. - Responsible for cleaning & sanitizing of toilets. - Responsible removing trash in office areas & other common areas. - Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference rooms, management offices etc. - May be required to purchase cleaning supplies as needed. - Other ad hoc tasks as required. - Able to start work immediately. Accounts Assistant - AP

Responsibilities: 1) Accounts Payable function: - Verify and match invoices received and ensure that all supporting documents are attached. - Process and prepare payment for all vendor invoices, employee's expense reimbursements and petty cash. - Update invoices and payment informaton into accounting system. - Prepare AP reconciliation. - Assist in monthly closing of accounts. - Liaise with banker and external auditor as required. - Perform other relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned. 2) Monthly Closing of accounts and others functions: - Bank Reconcilation. - Maintain and monitor fixed asset record. - AR and AP Aging reporting. - Financial reporting, ensuring timely submission of monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting of business performance and preparatioion of management reports. - Control or advise on GL entries. - Prepare journal entries. - Prepare all Balance Sheet schedules. - Liaise with auditors and tax agents. - Perform other relevant duties as assigned. Requirements: - Minimum Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. - Mimimum 1-3 years of working experience in the related field. - Experience in accounts payables and foreign exchange. - Knowledge in general accounting procedures. - Experience in accounting system and proficient in Ms Office (Excel and Word). - Good interpersonal and communication skills.
