Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales team administratively from customer enquiries to billings.
- Customer relationship management through providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to fulfil sales orders.
- Attend to customer enquiries and prepare and submit quotations.
- Customer order fulfillment (Sales & purchase orders, order form, etc).
- Liaise with other departments on the customer requirements to ensure timely execution, completion and delivery of goods and services.
- Arrange and coordinate deliveries of finished goods and prepare delivery orders.
- Bill clients by preparing and sending out invoices.
- Follow-up on customer payment if needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining long-term client relationships and assisting them in their requests under the direction of the HOD.
- Compile department statistics and prepare monthly reports such as sales reports and sales order updates for review by management and the Finance department.
- Upkeep and maintain proper filing system.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by the HOD.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in business sales or Marine Engineering and/or fresh graduates.
- Preferably background in the marine industry with knowledge of import and export.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Applicants with experience using Navision or other ERP software will have an advantage.
- Hardworking and well-organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments and provide good customer service.
- Independent and detailed oriented.
