Company Overview

SHRM College was founded in 2007 and formerly known as SHRM School of Hospitality & Resort Management. The College had its first intake of students in the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management program in January 2008 and produced its first batch of graduates in January 2010. The College was first awarded its provisional EduTrust award by CPE in September 2010. We were awarded 4-Year EduTrust Certification in January 2015. We had successfully received the renewal of 4-Year EduTrust Certification, EduTrust Award, in January 2019.

<ul><li>Coordinate the pre-and post-stages of Start of course (SOC) for each study term, including course planning, resources control and class scheduling</li><li>Compile and generate reports and statistics as and when required</li><li>Front-line support of SMS and LMS systems</li><li>Course materials management</li><li>Provide programme administration support to academic staff</li><li>Arrange quarterly meetings for student feedback</li><li>Coordinate Pre-SOC briefing</li><li>Conduct Orientation sessions for incoming students</li><li>Maintain up to date academic information</li><li>Collaborate and manage communication with partner universities regarding enrolment, assessment and examination board affairs.</li><li>Extend student support and serve as the main liaison for both students and academic staff concerning all academic-related concerns</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Qualification:</p><ul><li>1-2 years of relevant working experience</li><li>Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply</li><li>Fresh graduates are welcome to apply</li><li>Good command of spoken and written English</li><li>Meticulous with an eye for details</li><li>Good written and oral skills</li><li>Able to work independently, multi-task and work cross-functionally</li><li>A team player with good analytical skills</li></ul>

<p><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgba(0,0,0,0.87);">Description</span><br>&nbsp;</p><p>Basic + Commission</p><p>Working hour: 40 hour/week</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>No experience required as we will be providing training from scratch.</p><ul><li>Build and out-reach sustainable pipeline of customer/lead via prospecting and engagement initiatives to drive demand for government supported programme</li><li>Handle inbound lead/enquiries, setting up meeting and propose training solution for candidate or corporate customer</li><li>Identify client challenges and recommend a suitable solution</li><li>Other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the HOD</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Sales or Marketing (Prefer in Education or Training industry but not a must)</li><li>Relevant experience within recruitment/talent acquisition environment</li><li>Networking skills and familiar with Social Media platform</li><li>Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills</li><li>Able to work well in team</li><li>Good time management and positive mind-set</li><li>Willing to learn attitude</li></ul>
