Job Description
Coordinate the pre-and post-stages of Start of course (SOC) for each study term, including course planning, resources control and class scheduling
Compile and generate reports and statistics as and when required
Front-line support of SMS and LMS systems
Course materials management
Provide programme administration support to academic staff
Arrange quarterly meetings for student feedback
Coordinate Pre-SOC briefing
Conduct Orientation sessions for incoming students
Maintain up to date academic information
Collaborate and manage communication with partner universities regarding enrolment, assessment and examination board affairs.
Extend student support and serve as the main liaison for both students and academic staff concerning all academic-related concerns
Qualification:
1-2 years of relevant working experience
Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good command of spoken and written English
Meticulous with an eye for details
Good written and oral skills
Able to work independently, multi-task and work cross-functionally
A team player with good analytical skills
