Job Description

Basic + Commission
Working hour: 40 hour/week
No experience required as we will be providing training from scratch.
- Build and out-reach sustainable pipeline of customer/lead via prospecting and engagement initiatives to drive demand for government supported programme
- Handle inbound lead/enquiries, setting up meeting and propose training solution for candidate or corporate customer
- Identify client challenges and recommend a suitable solution
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the HOD
Requirements
- Sales or Marketing (Prefer in Education or Training industry but not a must)
- Relevant experience within recruitment/talent acquisition environment
- Networking skills and familiar with Social Media platform
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Able to work well in team
- Good time management and positive mind-set
- Willing to learn attitude
