-- KEY REQUIREMENTS -- • Only Singaporeans need apply • Able to commerce work immediately or within short period • Able to commit on Fridays, weekends and public holidays • Experience as a Supervisor/Shift Leader in a F&B establishment, preferably in coffee specialty • Non-halal food ingredients involved • Possess valid Food Hygiene/Safety certificate • Physical demanding • High initiative, organized and able to multi-task efficiently -- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -- • Assign Manager on the day-to-day store operations • Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake and preparing cash deposits • Plan shift schedule and ensure it has been communicated well within the team • Ensure store is clean, presentable, organized and well-stocked, ready for smooth and efficient operations each shift • Coach, train and supervise staff • Monitor team performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently during each shift • Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to Management • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager -- BENEFITS -- * 5 days work week of minimum 44 hours * On-the-job training and uniform provided * Basic leave and medical benefits * Career progression
