<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day to day operations of the Training Centre assigned to you is well-managed and daily operations are carried out without any lapses;</li><li>Ensure overall customer service of the reception counter is maintained at a satisfactory level, where visitors visit and leave the space delighted</li><li>Manage staff under your supervision complete their daily operation duties to facilitate class administration processes</li><li>To ensure that all documentation for class start is readily prepared and completed for Trainers to apply during the start of classes</li><li>Ensure all transfer and withdrawal processes are completed accurately and timely as per required by the Company and/or Program Partners</li><li>Ensure that all documents submitted meet the standard for invoicing</li><li>Report in a timely fashion, any disruptions, challenges, and non-compliant behaviours that are affecting daily operations at the Training Centre.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Competency in interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent in service skills</li><li>Negotiation skills</li><li>At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in Supervisory role in Customer Service</li><li>Dynamic individual with service aptitude, passion for service delivery and a proactive approach</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills, analytical, administrative and interpersonal skills</li><li>A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties to maintain and exceed the expected service level where required</li><li>Ability to function effectively and multi-task in a fast-pace, dynamic environment</li><li>IT savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft, web-based applications and Training Management System (Preferably)</li><li>Support work before office commencement and/or extended hours under staggered shift duty arrangement as well as weekend a must</li></ul>
