Job Description
Work Time Profile:
Every Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm with 30-minute lunch break
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere at our outdoor seafood facility.
- Provide accurate information about our seafood products, processes, and offerings to visitors
- Assist visitors in navigating the outdoor areas, answering questions, and providing directions as needed.
- Handle admission processes efficiently, ensuring a smooth entry for visitors and maintaining accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized visitor area
- Proactively identify and resolve any visitor concerns or complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating special events
- Stay up to date with company operational updates to provide accurate and current information to visitors
- Uphold and promote safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of visitors, staff, and the environment
- Collaborate with team members across various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to work effectively in an outdoor environment, adapting to changing weather conditions, Proficiency in using technology, Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads during work hours, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
Bilingual or Multilingual, Has previous experience in a customer service or visitor-oriented role
