Job Description
- Collaborate with other departments (Account Managers, Operations Executives, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Demand Planning, Stall 64, Port 65, Cargo) and other stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain to close operational and information gaps
- Work with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to determine and improve inter-company goods and information transfers
- Be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the supply chain management function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the business
- Maintain the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production
- Analyse current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase the efficiency of the supply chain and profitability for the company
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations
- Analyse and identify the daily problem and prevent re-occurrences
- Perform daily recording of delivery errors and incident reports (e.g. Quality issues, missing items etc.)

Job Criteria/Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma
Work Experience Level:
mid level
Must-have skills:
At least 2 years of supply chain related experience, Excellent Communication and Coordination Skills, Thrive in Dynamic and Fast-Paced Environment, Resourceful, Meticulous, Continuous Improvement Mindset
Nice to Have Skills:
Great Project-Management skills, Has relevant experience in Food Manufacturing environment
