Job Description
Safety
• Conduct safety checks and enforcement
• Facilitate safety engagement to Bus Captains and Depot staffs
• Conduct WSH investigation and follow up
• Site coordination for serious accident
Operations
• Coordination for MAR audit and bus cleanliness
• Coordination and checks on bus advertisement
• Manage coinbox operation
• Management of Depot Assistants
• CCTV footage extraction
• Buses movement monitoring
• Contractor management
• Unmanned terminal management
• Compile reports
• Accident/Incident management (Preliminary investigation, CCTV, P-card, verdict) happened in Depot
• Drafting of circulars
• Shift rotation required
• Ad-hoc tasking
Facilities & Maintenance Management
• Facilitate external / internal visits (i.e. SPF CCTV viewing)
• Conduct First Parade Task checks
• Conduct routine premise checks and closure of audit follow up
• Conduct Depot system functionality checks
• Manage premise cleaners and security guards
• Depot infra monitoring and ad-hoc repairs follow up with BLM
• Annual Depot shut down
Service
• Manage Depot disputes
• Oversee traffic control
