- Working together with a team of Service Controller and Chief Controller in Managing the Common Fleet Management System (CFMS) and in house telematics system. - Ensure that assigned services for the day achieve respective BSRF standards (Excess Waiting Time (EWT), On Time Adherence (OTA) and First and Last Bus Performance (FLBP). - Oversees the bus operations to ensure that all bus services are operated with no bunching and excessive early arrival - Ensuring Bus Captains adhere to scheduled timing and dispatched according to their assigned schedule. - Ensure that lost mileage is recovered by deploying Short Recovery Trip (SRT) - Handling any incidents and accident cases that are reported by the Bus Captains to the Chief Controller. - Communicating effectively with all Bus Captains. - Assist Bus Captains in handling real time incidents. - Ensure that all events and decisions for the allocated services during the shift are recorded down. - Providing support in ad-hoc and planned bus diversion, Bridging Bus operations, Early Closure and Late Opening and Full Sunday Closure operations - Assisting customer service team in checking with Bus Captains to look for lost and found items.

- Assist bus captain (on site) on planned/unplanned diversions as assigned by Bus Operations Control Centre (BOCC) - Provide ground support in ad-hoc and planned Diversion, Bridging Bus, Early Closure and Late Opening and Full Sunday Closure when deploy by BOCC - Collection of Lost & Found Items at bus interchanges and depots - Conduct double deck height clearance check - Performing escort for towing of double deck bus - Issue of MID set (MID with phone casing, printer, printer spare battery, MID pouch, Power bank with charging cable) to Route Controller - Responsible for measuring of bus stop distance - Updating BOCC of road conditions - Responsible for carrying out revenue checks and issuance of penalty fee
