Job Description
Endoscopy and OT Listing
a. Ensure that the Operating Theatre and Endoscopy Centre Lists are arranged accordingly and efficiently
b. Reminder calls and confirmation of procedural appointments with patient for all surgical areas
c. Ensure that the daily scheduling of the various procedures is done in a timely and organized manner
d. Provide adequate information to patient with regards to their scheduled operation
e.Able to provide financial counselling & Bowel Preparation instructions for Direct Access Patients
Contact Centre Responsibilities
a. Assist in providing solutions and advice on enquiries for patients
b. Provide adequate information to patient with regards to their scheduled operation
Administrative Responsibilities
a. Support the Surgical Areas Ops team in both operational and administrative duties
b. Work with other department stakeholders to ensure that the patient has a smooth journey with AH for their procedure
Rostering and Staff Management
a. You will be required to help in the rostering of the Surgical Call Centre staff to ensure that sufficient manpower support is on ground everyday.
b. You will also be tasked to help with some of the staff management in the Surgical Call Centre
Requirements
- GCE A-Levels, Diploma and above
- Good communication skills. Ability to speak a second language will be an advantage.
- Good customer service skills. Prior experience in hospitality or service industries will be an advantaged
- Good coordinating and organizing skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
