Job Description
☑ Well Established Company (Vending Machine)
☑ Salary: $2,350
☑ Working Location: Redhill (5 mins walk from Redhill MRT)
Responsibilities:
Monitor and address hotline complaint calls each morning.
Upload PDA data for drivers and generate audit reports.
Check and respond to emails promptly.
Manage filing tasks, collecting forms and reports from drivers.
Update and organize contract files, ensuring all documents are in order.
Respond to sales inquiries from new customers.
Handle customer requests regarding sales details and communications.
Record daily sales, sandwich disposal, and cash drawings .
Order cleaning materials for vehicles and vending machines as requested by drivers.
Respond to calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Update maintenance records provided by Operations Manager and technicians.
Prepare weekly VM location summary reports.
Conduct checks on all company vehicles.
Review and validate expenses claims from drivers before submitting to accounts.
Upload lodger data for audit purposes (5 drivers).
Summarize reports on NRI, VM sandwich disposal.
Prepare monthly VM location reports, upload to the system, and rectify errors.
Generate reports for price and target differences, communicate with customers, and prepare invoices.
Prepare commission payable details as per contracts.
Conduct vehicle inspections.
Undertake tasks assigned by supervisor.
Prepare documentation for audits (SS590) and respond to BizSafe requests.
Draft and prepare letters as needed.
Requirement:
N Level and above
Good customer service skills
Microsoft Office (Word,Excel)
Ability to multi-task
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Responsible and trustworthy
Preferably able to start immediately or on a short notice
