<p><strong>☑ Well Established Company</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>☑ Location: Redhill (5 mins walk from Redhill MRT)</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>☑ Working Timing: 5.5 days / Alt Sat / 9am – 5.30pm & Alt Sat 9am – 12.45pm</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>☑ Salary: up to $3,000</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>To be responsible with day-to-day shipping, logistics and documentation.</li><li>Manage full spectrum of shipping logistics and documentation</li><li>Liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.</li><li>Monitor and track shipment booking, transit and schedules</li><li>Data entry, filing & procedural keeping of shipment schedules, quotes, invoices etc.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or relevant field.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of shipping and logistics experience.</li><li>Experienced in processing import shipments and documentation for F&B products</li><li>Familiar with incoterms and documentation coordination preferred</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft NAV software strongly preferred</li><li>Prior customer service/sales experience preferred</li><li>Good command of English</li><li>Must be motivated, self starter and able to multi-task</li><li>Problem Solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Must be proficient in MS Office</li></ul>
