Job Description
To focus on the B2B expansion of the F&B segment through a calibrated sales and marketing effort and improve the awareness of the company’s products through various channels.
Primary Responsibilities
• Achieve targeted sales volume and revenue within the expected margin to maintain
• Increase the company's market share within Singapore
• Build, nurture and maintain cordial relationships with corporate customers
• Negotiate terms of sales agreement and close sales with customers
• To ensure the timely and accurate maintenance, preparation and submission of relevant sales quotations, sales order and sales reports
• Represent and promote the company’s products and brand through trade shows, events, conventions, if and when needed
• Actively conduct after-sales support/calls and attend to customers’ enquiries promptly
• Collate customers’ feedback to improve sales target development
• Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement
• Minimum 5 years working experience dealing with sales/marketing/business development
• Experience dealing with wholesales products in the hospitality sector will be preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office application
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Confident, Self-motivated, Independent & Dynamic
• Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (for Mandarin speaking client)
• Diploma / GCE O Level and above
• Minimum two years relevant working experience in sales and/or customer service
