Job Description
The Sales Coordinator is tasked to assist the managers to work towards closing deals. The main role of the Coordinator is to oversee day to day administrative work for the department and to provide the first form of contact for each client during the enquiry stage.
1. Administer inventory control of collateral materials and corporate gift items 2. Generate sales reports for management reporting 3. Assist to prepare presentation materials 4. Prepare information packages and sales kits to support sales engagement 5. Prepare sales contracts 6. Provide responses to first-level customer enquiries
Talent Profile
1. Diploma in Hospitality Management 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a luxury brand hotel 4. Knowledge of Opera & Delphi preferred 5. Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
