Job Description
Responsibilities:

· Hosting and arranging seats for customers.

· Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.

· Making menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing product information with customers.

· Deliver checks and collect bill payments.

· Manage the first line of service recovery and handle customer feedback.

· Assist Restaurant Manager to perform any other job duties.

Requirements:

- Interest in the food industry

- Poses good team spirit

- Good team player with adequate communication and people skills, and able to interact effectively

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Punctual with a positive attitude towards work
