• Preparation of food according to the standard procedures
• Ensure proper food inventory according to the standard procedures
• Ensure food ingredients are stored in ways according to the standard procedures
• Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Ensure that kitchen equipment and tools are maintained according to the standard procedures
• Upkeep kitchen equipment and tools
• Other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef/ Chef de Partie

Job Requirement
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position/
• 2 years as a Kitchen Crew
