Job Description
Handle reservations for all clients including online travel agents, internal and ad-hocs hotline bookings
Liaise with bookers and hotels/sales to ensure smooth pre-arrival experience
Ensure proper handling and closure of hotel reservations
Input and update reservations, record special requests/ changes and arrange for arrival and departure transfers
Ensure timeliness of replies and accuracy of reservations forms through answer calls, reply emails and faxes
Send extension check emails to corporate clients and ensure a reply within the deadline
Prepare and send confirmation letters to guests
Keep proper filing and recording of all correspondences
Adhere to and support hotel related policies and procedures

Work Experience Level:
junior level
Must-have skills:
AT LEAST 1 - 2 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE OR IN FRONT OFFICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS. WILLING TO PERFORM ROTATING SHIFTS POSITIVE ATTITUDE WITH OUTGOING PERSONALITY AND GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Nice to Have Skills:
EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY AND KNOWLEDGE OF OPERA WILL BE ADVANTAGEOUS
