- Perform all treatments at an exceptional standard, as per the protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the guest's specific needs - Update own knowledge of products and treatment brand standards, outside of training - Carry out an in-dept consultation with each guest prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified - Maintain linen and product leves in the treatment roos, ensuring cabinets are stocked, clean and organised as per the spa standards - Ensure aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with guest concerns and offering to prepare products at reception for purchase - Consistently record guest's preferences, accurately updating guest profiles and communication any relevant information to colleagues - Perform treatments in a professional, hygienic and safe manner for all guests, updating knowledge and training regularly - Responsible for the cleanliness, sterilisation and hygiene of all equipment, products and linens in the treatment and preparation areas, following the brand protocols - Required Spa Certification Training will be provided by the company.

Attend to guest and Housekeeping Room Attendants’ needs.  Clean and maintain pantries and front and back of the house hallways in good condition by the standards and procedures of the hotels. Report any damage of carpets and upholsteries. Ensure the daily work assignment and floors are received, correctly filled and returned. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the back of the house areas Stock the floors with amenities Inform were hallway carpet needs cleaning or fixing. Collect the garbage from the pantries and bring it down to the main recycle area Report any unusual and suspicious behavior of guests or staff Ensure to comply with the grooming and uniform standards. Ensure compliance with the legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace Conduct duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner in accordance with Hotel, Singapore policies and procedures, safe and efficient manner. Perform any other duties that may be assigned to him/her.

Print all necessary daily reports and file accordingly.  Keep and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Housekeeping Office. Raise purchase requests for Housekeeping operations. Clear all outdated reports in the office on a monthly basis based on the hotel standards for record-keeping. Ensure adequate stock of all used forms in housekeeping. Report any unusual and suspicious behaviour of guests or staff.
