• Execute quality assurance system. Including incoming (raw materials) checkpoints, in-process checkpoints, finished product checkpoints, and laboratory analysis.
• Properly execute material inspection procedures and control limits.
• Review and update standards, methods and equipment used in inspection procedures.
• Prepare audit schedule audit checklist. Well execution of internal or external audits
• Responsible for in-process quality defect detection effectiveness. Issue corrective action requests to the relevant department or party on any process discrepancy.
• To be alert on any possible quality and hygienic problem in the plant, and carry out appropriate corrective and preventive action.
• To inspect and report on any customer complaints. To suggest a corrective action plan and preventative action plan. To issue CAR to relevant department and party if necessary.
• To train production QC on related quality control checkpoints
• Assist QA Manager or Senior QA Executive in compiling monthly QA report
• Verify external lab analysis and reports.
• Carry out periodic checks/audit on raw materials storage condition at forwarders’ warehouse.
• Participate in the improvement initiative
• Other tasks assign by immediate superior
Job Requirement
• Minimum Degree in Food Science, Biology, Food Technology, Food processing engineering, Quality Assurance, Microbiology, Chemistry or related disciplines
• Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as well
• Good knowledge of Food quality systems such as FSSC 22000/ISO 22000, Halal and Singapore Food Authority requirements
• Motivated and results-oriented
• Possess a positive attitude and learning minds
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Able to perform basic statistical collation with general working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Able to perform audits and good in GMP inspection
