• To drive proactive planning and management of the overall facilities maintenance of all of the company owned / managed properties
• Develop an operational plan that is integrated and aligned with overall Koufu strategies
• Oversee and manage term contractors, vendors and suppliers, and ensure works are carried in accordance with contract specifications
• Set clear expectations with all key stake holders in the area of estate planning, work place strategies, cost control for the improvement and development of Koufu overall business model
• Responsible for the daily smooth operation of the mall / HQ including M&E aspect and building maintenance.
• Ensure proper documentation and Tenancy/ Contractual agreements
• Involve in sourcing, evaluating and securing new tenants for properties of the Company
• Negotiate and monitor terms of lease and ensure no outstanding rental
• Tenant Management and fitting out/renovation related matters
• Overseeing calling of quotations as well as evaluating the quotations and recommendation for acceptance
• Oversee the Marketing/ Events / promotion of the Mall
• Annual Budget Projection
• Overseeing staff performance and ensure timely execution of works
Job Requirement
• Possess Degree in Building/Real estate/Estate Management/Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of relevant leadership experience in commercial / retail property and facility management
• Good knowledge of M&E and building maintenance services
• Good initiative, strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Candidates who is certified as Fire Safety Manger will be advantageous
• Salary commensurate with experience
