Job Description
Overview
Perform technical duties under the supervision of pharmacists to ensure safe, efficient and timely distribution of drugs in AH.

Job Responsibilities
1) Daily Operations
- Provide professional and courteous service to all patients/customers
- Process medication orders/prescriptions for both inpatient and outpatient
- Picking, packing and labeling of medications in accordance to SOPs
- Perform billing functions

2) Inventory Management
- Ensure stocks are stocked up properly and tidily according to First Expiry First Out (FEFO)
- Inventory management of the omnicells in the wards (i.e top-up, expiry checks)
- Carry out cycle counts and stock takes periodically according to SOPs


Requirements
Minimum O Levels
Understand and use the in-house computer systems
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and have good initiative
Able to communicate effectively
Able to function effectively as a member of a team
