Job Description
The incumbent shall be responsible for:
• Counter Duties & Customer Service
• Visitor Management
• Patient’s Movement Management
• Appointment Scheduling
• Financial Counselling
• Death Registration
• Billing & Financial Related Duties
The Requirements
• Minimum GCE 'N' level
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer oriented environment will be an advantage
• Willing to work 3 shifts, morning, afternoon and night, including weekends and public holidays
