Job Description
Job Purpose
As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and build positive relationships by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all patients.

You are the key personnel in helping patients navigate through our healthcare systems, resolve their queries, promote and educate health services and provide excellent patient care and satisfaction. You will work closely with healthcare professionals in an inclusive and collaborative workspace to propel NUHS service excellence to a higher level.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist patients with registration and payment via app and self-service kiosk.
• Advise patients on the applications available in the OneNUHS app.
• Ensure effective coordination of care in providing a seamless patient experience journey at outpatient services.
• Provide hassle-free experience in handling patients’ enquiries such as appointments, payment, co-ordination of services, etc via email or phone as required.
• Provide chaperone assistance and assist in simple clinic procedures in the consultation room.
• Assist in administrative and technical support in teleconsultation services.
• Provide a pleasant environment in ensuring operational readiness of clinic in overall décor, cleanliness, updated materials, etc.
• Participate in service quality initiatives.

Requirements
• Minimum GCE “N” Levels.
• Able to work at least 21 hours per week between Monday to Friday.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant and friendly disposition.
• Possess service-oriented mindset and proactive in engaging with people.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
