Job Description
• Collection of payment for discharging patients
• Conducting financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges
• Performing discharging procedures for patients
• Filing of patient records and obtaining Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) appointment for Inpatient patients
Job Requirement:
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
• Preferably 1-year experience in customer-related / front desk
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
• Strong organisational skills, independent, meticulous and possess initiatives
• Strong passion to serve the patients
• Willing to work 2 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
