Job Description
Overview

You will carry on the duties as PSA to assist the wards and man the counter in the wards on rostering basis.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:
• Admission, Discharge and Transferring of cases in the wards
• Making internal and external appointments for patients as per ordered by doctors.
• Follow the SOPs that have been created and maintaining proper records of patients in the wards without compromising any data and safety breaches
• Assisting with other admin matters assigned
• Maintaining proper stocks in the wards

Requirements
• Minimum O Level certificate
• Able to do shift works and work on Public Holidays
• Good analytical and organization skills
• Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill
• Candidates should be comfortable with 2 rotating shift work.
