Job Description
Responsibilities
- Submission of daily coding of mileage claims via LTA MTV Application System.
- Ensure that all operated mileage are accounted for and submitted via the Missing Trip Verification tab.
- Validates and justifies operated trips that are not operated in the system.
- Revert captured timing via Validated Trip Verification tab should the trip did not operate.
- Perform data and trend analysis – to create a data sheet reporting to Manager regarding the mileage performance.
- Responsible for the compliance of coding in the team, to ensure team comply to the SOPs as well as ensuring the coding accuracy of the team.
- Responsible for the appeal of deductible mileage.
- To report to supervisor in regards to work matters.
- To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

- Ensure that subordinates are familiar with the ISO standards and requirements.
- Ensure that subordinates are familiar with emergency procedures.
- To ensure that all procedures and instructions lay down by Management and the authorities are compiled with.
- To perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
- To monitor and coordinate facilities related activities to ensure smooth operations and welfare for BC
- To monitor and coordinate security related matters to ensure staff vigilant and readiness of facilities and staff for emergency incidents.
- To monitor and coordinate productivity-related activities and ensure that all necessary reports are submitted on time.
