Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Assigned to respective production departments to assist in organizing, updating, filing, and scanning of documents, drawings etc. as requested by HODs, Engineers and Supervisors.
• Documents including system approval follow up (E-timesheet, Overtime Request Form, Daily Job Card etc.)
• Minutes taking for department internal / project meeting
• Assist in Internal distribution of documents, stamping, photocopy, scanning of drawings and documents
• Data entry of ISO data sheet, materials received and other required reports for projects
• Data entry of DM and Sub-con workers attendance, project and yard manpower reports
• Other ad-hoc work scope assigned by immediate superior and/or reporting officer
Job Requirement:
• Nitec/Diploma with some experience as admin assistant in Marine or Oil & Gas Industry
• Experienced with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
• Patients and Meticulous – good eye for details
• Independent and have initiative
• Adaptable to fast paced work environment, able to work under pressure, able to finish assigned work on time
• Proactive, good communicative and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate with different discipline staff and work well in a team
