Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
>Promoting foods product and bring in indirect sales to outlets
>Prepare cooking, frying, steaming SOP for outlet
>Create display and presentation of foods
>Proper handling of materials with proper storage condition in outlet
>Organize cooking, frying demo or tasting
>Conduct training and development whenever needed
>Conduct audit or inspection according to standard checklist with proper scheduling
>Review or recommend packaging design to ensure it can attract consumer attention
>Conduct market survey in term of pricing and new products
>Be the contact point of outlet operation for feedback and rectify for product improvement by factory
>Initiate new product development with factory
>Attend daily operation meeting and share audit outcome
>Be able to advise and influence outlets on purchasing behaviour
>Rectify complains from outlets
>Promote and sell the company’s new products
>Any other ad-hoc task given by superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
>Minimum Diploma in relevant field of study
>Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
>Willing to travel island wide
