Maintenance Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As a Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance activities such as facilities maintenance and technical support for the premises. 

REPORTING LINE: 

Project and Maintenance manager 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support of maintenance team of the followings at all Foodcourts / Coffeeshops: Air conditioning System / Fire Fighting & Fire Protection System / Exhaust System / Plumbing System / Kitchen Equipment 

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities carried out by the contractors. 

• Liaising and coordinating with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair. 

• Monitor and maintain the normal operation of all outlets. 

• Purchasing of maintenance parts when needed. 

• Responsible for following up on existing maintenance contracts with external vendors. 

• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

 JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Possess minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Engineering and/or other relevant field of study 

• Possess basic Microsoft Office skills - including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Team player and able to commit beyond normal working hours when required 

• Class 3 Driving License 

LOCATION / OTHERS: 

• 5.5 days work week 

• Monday to Friday : 8:30 am to 6:00 pm 

• Saturday : 8:30 am to 1:00 pm 

• Koufu HQ @ 1 Woodlands Height, Singapore 737859
