Job Description
Job Descriptions:

1.To exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department

2.To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.

3.To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.

4.To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement or stoppage of stock of all regular items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum or maximum limit fixed in respect thereof.

5.Regular checks on vehicles and in good condition. Ensuring that all vehicles related license and inspection are renewed on time.

6.To monitor and communicate with production. issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.

7.Close Communicate with Production team & Drivers.

8.To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.

9.Ensure the Cleanliness of the store at all times.

Requirements:

- able to 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays)
