Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Provide 1st and 2nd level on site or remote support to end user on IT incident
2.Assist in the daily running of IT system and equipment
3.Setup, install, configure and upgrade IT equipment and application
4.Assist in procurement, document control, asset tracking & system administration
5.Liaise with business partner pertaining to technical aspect of products
6.Ensure all required systems services are up and running
7.Support company for project implementation activities
8.Provide end user training
Requirements:
1.Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
2.Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in IT support & troubleshooting
3.Good time management and problem-solving skills
4.Ability to multi-task, work independently or as a team
5.A keen desire to explore and learn new concepts, systems and technologies
6.Prior experience in a F&B setting is an advantage
7.Class 3 Driving License is an advantage
