Job Description
~Assist Chef in cooking
~Preparation of food ingredients
~Preparation and cleaning of kitchen equipment
~Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment
~Maintain a high quality of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen
~Responsible for kitchen floor cleanliness and sanitary items
~Handles all cooking material and equipment and keeps it well cleaned
~Weekly refrigerator & chiller cleaning
