1. Deliver good quality products and services to meet the expectation of customers

2. Monitor and control stock levels and serve correct portion to ensure gross profit meets target

3. Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff

4. Create and innovate new products

5. Ensure stalls comply with all necessary hygiene, health and safety and licensing requirements

6. Candidate will be posted to the nearest available outlet according to home address

Requirements:

1. Strong interpersonal skill for diplomatically handling staff and customers
2. Good written and oral communication skills for managing business admin
3. Problem-solving ability to resolve issues
4. Good numeracy skills to provide outlet daily and monthly financial report
5. Interviewing skills for recruiting
6. Able to train staff well
7. Supervisory skills
8. Able to manage conflicts well
9. Good knowledge in gross profit management to oversee food and beverage stock levels and ordering supplies
