Job Description
Operations Performance Analytics
• Able to review, analyze and interpret business data and information
• Perform analysis of data and present findings to draw new insights for business growth and competitiveness
• Propose optimal solutions for gaps identified by examining operations and procedures and simulate new scenarios
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and analyse findings for business decisions
• Contribute and drive process improvements to meet business needs
Competitive Analytics
• Identify and collect appropriate customers, competitor, market, data from publicly available sources to better understand competitors
• Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports, presentations, dashboards
• Provides insights through presentations and reports to the leadership team to allow effective strategic decision-making and implementation
